Why Alexander Technique? / Evidence and articles / News and views

Fine Balance is based in the beautiful Suffolk village of Walberswick. Sara Solnick teaches Alexander Technique from her home overlooking the reed beds, marshes and the sea where place and environment are acknowledged as important components in our ability to change. She gives private lessons and workshops for those wishing to explore the Alexander Technique as pupils, and residential weekends for teachers wishing to deepen their understanding and practice of the work.
